And I’ve designed this program to help you skip several years of learning and confidently navigate the job market to land your first React job. So when I say I understand the challenges you face, I mean it. But with the knowledge I have now I comfortably make six figures a year and take several months off to spend time with my family. It took me years to get to a point where I could join a new team and immediately adopt their tools, workflows and processes. This lack of guidance and knowledge became painfully obvious during my first few job interviews. Back then, I had no exposure to professional developers, no one to compare myself to, and no idea about best practices or go-to tools. The React Job Simulator is the kind of program I wish existed when I was starting my journey. This has given me invaluable insights into different working environments and development practices. I've been working with React since January 2016 and throughout my career, I’ve worked with a variety of teams in both small startups and large enterprises. Well, so what do you guys think? And this is just a theory, so don't take it too seriously.I’m Johannes, a self-taught developer with over 10 years of professional experience. I also heard the line "don't wait to drink, but drink to live" (For example, if you do a good job, you get to live) The entire thing you do inn this section is to do whatever the other bots ask. Community content is available under CC-BY-SA unless otherwise noted. (I'm sorry that was a horrible joke) During this was by far one of the creepiest lines I heard in the game "If you do a good job, you might even be able to keep your EMPLOYMENT" If you listen to this line in game, it kind of sounds like the bot was going to say something else, but thought against it. You can help the Job Simulator Wikia by expanding it A bot is the only type of character in the game (With exception of the player, of course) Between the bots are the Job Bot, the Temp Bot, the Tourist Bot, the Boss Bot, the CEO Bot, and many, MANY other bots. The bots also ask you "do you bear children human?" but this could just be knowledge lost to time.Īnd then Job Bot asked you to work overtime. One can interpret this many ways: don't fake papers, don't fake passes, but I think it is probably don't fake records and things that can make you free (just in the context of the theory, this makes the most sense. On your bulletin board, there is a note that says "don't forge". The last one is probably going back to those god damn smoothies. The second one might be referring to the fact that human cant be free to do what ever they want, and by behaving they are setting a "good" example. It could just be a lyrical choice, or you are being threatened. The fist line is creepy as hell (at least if your like me and have a fear of robots). If you listen to it, it is pretty creepy, with lines such as "do you fear for your life", "do you think your alive? model human" and "you have a little money, don't spend it on human food" The song on it is called "(you are a) Model Human. During this job, you find a CD with some techno music on it. You are the only one ever scheduled to work, so maybe its a weird thing for robots to work those sorts of jobs.Īfter you get the hang of convenience store clerk, you can become the auto mechanic or the chef.Ĭhef had much more to analyze, so we're gonna go with that one. Job Bot puts you to work as a convenience store clerk. Maybe they killed everyone else, maybe it was just an illusion, but you are convinced that you are the only human left. ![]() The robots are constantly referencing the fact that smoothies are sufficient energy for humans and coffee is highly addictive (although this could also just be medical studies from around our time)Īfter that 23 years passed, the robots finally decided to put to work. ![]() So, in all honesty, I don't know what happened between 20, but based off some dialogue, I'm guessing it was some sort of human experiment sort of thing. The robots must have seen some use for, because they put to work in 2050. ![]() This uprising would be when human would have surrendered in an effort to not die. singularity is predicted to happen (2029). Now this may seem far fetched, until you realize that in the cleaning mission, job Bot says " there! I haven't seen a mess this big since the HUMAN UPRISING OF 2027" Thinking about this makes you wonder, was there some sort of oppression from the robots, or did the humans think the robots were getting to dangerously advanced? This date/time frame also isn't to far from when the A.I. Human nature would have you find any way possible to survive, making to attempt to bargain with the robots. After 3 long hours of research, I have my theory for Job Simulator: You (player/human) somehow cut a deal with the robots during some conflict between robots and humans to survive.
